Introduction
St Patrick’s College is an all inclusive, mixed ability school where every young person is fully supported to ensure that they reach their full personal and academic potential. The young people are supported by their families and by the entire staff of St Patrick’s College.
Department Aims
The Special Educational Needs Department are responsible for ensuring the needs of all SEN / EAL children are met.
They work with all students who have an Individual Education Plan which are shared with their parents and teachers to address any learning, physical or personal challenges the student may have.
Our classroom assistants are committed to supporting every student under their care. The Department works with the students and every teacher to ensure that the additional educational needs of our young people who have specific learning difficulties are fully met.
