Hi everyone,
At St Patrick’s College, we believe that wellbeing is at the heart of learning, personal growth, and success. We want every student to feel supported, valued, and empowered throughout their journey with us.
Our wellbeing motto is:
Be Happy • Be Healthy • Be Hopeful
These three simple messages reflect what we want for every member of our school community.
- Be Happy by building positive relationships, celebrating your achievements, and finding joy in school life.
- Be Healthy by looking after your physical, emotional, social, and mental wellbeing.
- Be Hopeful by believing in yourself, recognising your strengths, and looking forward to a positive future.
This Wellbeing Directory has been created to ensure that every member of the school community knows where to find support when they need it. Whether you are looking for advice, guidance, opportunities to get involved, or someone to talk to, this directory will help connect you with the people, resources, and services available both within school and beyond.
Within this directory you will find:
- Information about the pastoral and wellbeing support available in school.
- Key contacts, including Form Teachers, Heads of Year, the Wellbeing Team, and Safeguarding Team.
- Advice on physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
- Support for anxiety, stress, friendships, relationships, and resilience.
- Resources to support healthy lifestyles and self-care.
- Links to external organisations, helplines, and websites that can provide additional support.
We encourage you to use this directory whenever you need support, guidance, or information. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, and there is always someone ready to listen and help.
Together, let us continue to build a school community where everyone strives to
Be Happy, Be Healthy, and Be Hopeful.
Take care,
Mrs C. Houston
